I was looking for a good pair of biker/rider safety shoes for my daughter and came across Agra Shoe Mart online. Since we were unable to find the right size, I reached out to them on WhatsApp.
From the very first enquiry until the order was delivered, the experience was exceptionally smooth and professional. Their response on WhatsApp was super prompt, and what really impressed me was the attention they gave to getting the exact size right. They asked us to send a sketch of my daughter’s feet and then custom-made the shoes according to her measurements.
The shoes were delivered today, just 6 days after placing the order, through DTDC, and arrived in perfect condition. Most importantly, the fit is absolutely perfect on my daughter’s feet! 👌
